Our interpretation of the theme of the Contemporary Library, as a place of progressive and dynamic knowledge, translates into the idea of a fluid and dual architecture, capable of articulating a continuum of horizontal and vertical paths in continuity with urban dynamics, and able to represent an experience for all visitors.  Access to knowledge today takes place dynamically, through different forms that combine physical and virtual dimensions, and the spaces of the New Beic represent the synthesis between this double dimension.
