Michele Molè

Michele Molè

Founder and Director
Manager and founder of Nemesi since 1997. He graduated in Architecture at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" where he obtained the specialisation in Design and Technology of Architecture, and obtained a PhD in "Theory of Contemporary Architecture" with the thesis "The project of the difference : the meaning of the contemporary project”, a research on the theoretical foundations of contemporary aesthetics borrowed from the postulates of the Thought of Difference and the Science of Complexity. He has received numerous awards, including a Medal by the President of the Italian Republic, for his contribution to Art and Culture. He was a professor at the University of Architecture of Rome La Sapienza, at the Faculty of Architecture "Ludovico Quaroni" and "Valle Giulia" and at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Ferrara".
He regularly holds lectures at international universities and cultural institutions about the work and research of Nemesi.
Susanna Tradati

Susanna Tradati

She graduated in Architecture at the Milan Polytechnic in 1999, with a specialisation in urban planning. In 2004 she began her collaboration with Nemesi, of which in 2008 she became a Partner. For Nemesi she is responsible for communication and development strategies, and has overseen the strategic-operational management of various professional assignments. With Nemesi she investigates, through projects, the structures underlying the dynamics of contemporaneity, studying their impact on the languages of Architecture and Communication and actively participating in the debate that involves them.
Daniele Benedetti

Daniele Benedetti

Partner
After graduating in Engineering with an urban planning focus in 1993 at the University of Rome "La Sapienza", he developed his professional experiences in the field of Technical Urban Planning, Project Coordination, Restoration, Interior Design. The professional experiences gained are focused on the planning and design of the functional and executive aspects, on the assessment of the regulatory, procedural and technical-economic feasibility of the construction and/or transformation interventions, developing a specific aptitude for carrying out the coordination activities of complex projects. After many years of experience in EA3, of which he is the founder and director, in 2022 he became a Partner of Nemesi, with whom he has collaborated over the past twenty years, sharing an integrated and managerial approach to the project.
Alessandra Giannone

Alessandra Giannone

Senior Architect, Designer Coordinator
She graduated in Architecture at the Faculty of Rome "La Sapienza" in 2002. A period of academic specialisation followed with participation in the "Théories et Projets de l'architecture" course of in-depth studies held at the University of Paris "La Villette" in 2004. She has been collaborating with Nemesi since 2005 taking part in all phases of study, control and coordination of the architectural project; she has participated as senior architect and team coordinator in considerable projects of the studio including the Expo 2015 Italy Pavilion and the Eni Headquarters in San Donato Milanese.
Rachele Tadesse

Rachele Tadesse

Administration
For Nemesi she is the contact person for the secretariat and administration area; she also deals with the administrative organisation of the documentation of the Tenders and Competitions Office.
Federica Mileto

Federica Mileto

Web, Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer
She graduated in Industrial Design at the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering of Perugia in 2021 with a thesis in "Graphic Design for Institutional Communication" with a training internship held at the Office of Institutional Communication Social Media and Graphics of the University itself. From 2021 he joined the Nemesi team.
Marco Lattaro

Marco Lattaro

Architect, 3D Modeling & Visual Artist
He graduated in Architecture at the University of Rome "La Sapienza", is specialized in the field of digital tools for Architectural Visualization thanks to the International Master of II level "MADI" of the IUAV of Venice, obtained with the highest marks. From 2016 he began his collaboration with architecture studios and from 2021 he gained important international experience, with projects in the Middle East, Asia and Europe, in the role of Design Architect and Visual 3D Artist. In 2023 he began his collaboration with Nemesi for which he carries out design, three-dimensional modeling and rendering activities.
Emanuele Fortunati

Emanuele Fortunati

Head of Visualization
After obtaining a Master Degree in Architecture at University of Rome “La Sapienza” and the Professional Qualification as Architect he decided to specialize as a Visualisation Artist. Before join Nemesi Architects he worked for other prestigious Architecture Firms around the world such as Fuksas Architecture, MVRDV, MCA Mario Cucinella Architects and Foster + Partners.
Salvatore Festa

Salvatore Festa

Architect, 3D Modeling
Graduated in Architecture in 2022 at Università degli Studi "Gabriele D'Annunzio" of Pescara, after several experiences abroad, with a degree in Project and Context. After obtaining his professional qualification, he started collaborating with Studio Nemesi as Architect.
Ka Ho lee

Ka Ho lee

Architect,
Born and raised in Hong Kong, graduated in architecture - techniques and culture of design at University IUAV of Venice in 2022, joined the Nemesi Architects team in 2023.
Lu Chen

Lu Chen

Architect
Born in Manzhouli City, Inner Mongolia,China, she graduates at “Department of Architecture of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University” with Bachelor’s Degree and after moving to Italy obtain a Master Degree in “Architecture Conservation” in 2023 at the University of Rome "La Sapienza”. She starts her collaboration as Architect with Nemesi Studio in 2023.
